My educational experience includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana. I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with Ayurvedic studies from the International Academy of Ayurveda, Pune, India, and Kanyakumari Ayurveda in Glendale, Wisconsin. In addition, I am a certified Weight Management Consultant,  Human Performance Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. Professional organizations include Yoga Alliance, American Massage Therapy Association, and the American Association of Biocharacteristics Clinicians.
