I began my wellness journey over thirty years ago.
Passionate about health and fitness from a young age, I wrote a fitness column in college followed by a path in personal training in a sports rehabilitation clinic. I landed my first job in corporate fitness, helping stressed executives lower their blood pressure.
My role as a wellness specialist had me dabbling in every fitness fad ever created. First, I had to be versed in the latest celebrity diet, detox treatment, and fasting plan. Then experiment with it all on myself to make accurate referrals. Eager for my own piece of the fitness fad, I went on to develop a line of nutrition bars. Eventually, I traveled to India to study and experience the ultimate panchakarma cleanse. I finally realized that an obsession with physical health perfection could be more detrimental than its worth!
I spent a decade traveling far and wide in hopes of achieving that balance and, along the way, acquired credentials that would assist others in achieving balance. I started working closely with people beyond the physical level through various modalities. A combination of education and client case studies revealed that optimum health is achieved through mental, physical, and spiritual training and balance.
Through workshops, coaching, and writing, I have facilitated clients' wellness, stress reduction, and personal transformation for over two decades. During that time, I create the 4M Method, a culmination of my experience and expertise. My signature methodology transforms your eating, breathing, moving, and thinking. Through this process, you achieve balance, become more mindful, and discover creativity and productivity hidden by stress and digital distractions.
