This day can include group movement, stretch and flow or yoga
sessions, tune-up massage therapy, creative exercises, or deep breathing and
meditation techniques to promote relaxation and clarity.
In addition, stress-reducing activities such as inner peace journaling,
meditation, drawing and painting stimulate creativity.
