Join us for a dynamic 90-minute Cardio Tennis session, combining movement, music, and play to elevate your heart rate, boost your energy, and tap into the joy of the game--

5:00 pm- 9pm Pre and Post match Tune-Up Massage with
Licensed Massage Therapist, Lynille Steffanhagen
5:00 pm- 9pm Pre-match and Post-match Stretch and Recovery Sessions -
With Smith Physical Therapy April Flood, PT
She will offer Dry Needling, Soft Tissue Therapy, and Graston, Scraping to increase
blood flow and reduce muscle tension
6:05-6:15 pm On-Court Stretch and Flow Warm Up
6:15-7:45 pm - Cardio Tennis
Followed by 7:45 pm- Relax and Release Cool Down
8-9 pm Social, Food, Cocktails, Mocktails, Prizes, and Connection
8-9pm Post- Match Stretch and Tune-up Massage Sessions
10 - 15 Minute Mini Massage Sessions will be on a first come first serve basis,
you will receive a scheduling link upon registration!
